When you make a purchase in Prize Kingdoms, your purchase is handled through the operating system on your device, either Google or iOS.

If you're unable to complete a purchase, try the following:

- Check your internet connection to ensure you have a stable connection. You will not be able to play the game or make purchases if you’re offline.

- Force quit Prize Kingdoms, then open it again and try to make the purchase.

- Open the App Store or Google Play app on your phone and check your purchase history to see if the payment has gone through.

- Restart your device.

- Ensure that the payment method on file with Google Play or the App Store is still valid. If you use a credit or debit card, check to make sure the card hasn’t expired.

- If you’re attempting to purchase a subscription, you must have a credit card as your payment method in Google Play or the App Store.

If you’ve tried the steps above and still can’t make a purchase, here are some common reasons for a failed purchase:

- You have an unpaid balance in the App Store or iTunes Store. To fix this problem, update your billing information, and/or contact Apple Support.

- Your card has been declined or there’s a problem with your payment method. You can find out how to resolve declined payments here.

A child or minor has access to your device and made an unauthorized purchase.

You can set up parental controls and restrict children or minors from making in-app purchases. If the child or minor has their own device, you can also set up Family Sharing to control what they buy on their device. For more information on this please follow the link here.

You previously contacted your financial institution to dispute a charge from the App Store or iTunes Store.

If you have recently disputed a charge, you’ll need to contact your financial institution again to authorize the new charge, as well as future purchases from the App Store or iTunes Store.

If you still need help, or if your case isn't included in any of the common issues above, you may need to contact Apple Support directly.
