First and foremost, congratulations on your big win! Now that you've won your prize, there are a few additional steps you will need to take based on the value of your prize. If you have won over $600 of real-world prizes you will be required to fill out a W9 tax form. If you win a prize with a value over $5,000, you will be required to get a physical copy of the V2 Affidavit of Eligibility officially notarized and sent to Contest Factory. Details will be provided on how to obtain the form and where to send it upon completion.
